[01.08.2010] Summer Monopoly City Tracing Camp - Deal
- The HKJSEA Summer Monopoly City Tracing Camp - Deal was successfully concluded on 1st August, 2010. Over 50 participants from over 25 schools enjoyed the 2-day program, which included elements of city tracing, group games and camp activities.
- The participants first attended the Orientation Day for the camp on the 25th July at Diocesan Boys' School, and were introduced to the game system for the city tracing program to be held in the camp.
- On the 31st July, The 5 groups of participants competed to maximize their profits by playing the station games located in 10 separate stations around Tsim Sha Tsui. The game was held for four hours in the afternoon, after which the participants entered the campus of the Chinese University of Hong Kong for the nighttime activities.
- A treasure hunt and auction session was held at night, and for the next day, the city tracing program was expanded with the addition of 9 stations, and the game was carried out within the CUHK campus. By the end of the camp, the group 1 (MyONE) won by a slim margin.
- We hope that all participants enjoyed the camp and that they will continue to support the HKJSEA in the future.

- It has been a fruitful year for the HKJSEA, and I am very grateful that all of you enjoyed the activities and events throughout the year. After years of absence of the Summer Camp, we proudly present our resurgent Summer Project of the Year – DEAL! Hoping to include elements of economics in our event, as well as increasing awareness on the current trends, the HKJSEA is organizing a 2-day-1-night city tracing camp in “monopoly” style during this summer.
- Many of us may be keen on playing Monopoly, or other board and card games together with our friends during gatherings, reunions, or even at school. However, have you ever thought of living the game in real life, with a bunch of new and eager friends? This summer, you will have this opportunity to experience this unforgettable and exciting summer camp of monopoly city tracing.
